Liability for content and electronic links to third-party content
By providing our online offer (ARI® website), we are a service provider according to the German Telecommunications Act (TMG). Our liability for our own content as part of our online offer shall correspond to statutory legislation. We are not legally obligated to monitor third-party information provided or stored on our website or to investigate any circumstances that indicate illegal activities, however, we have taken reasonable steps to check third-party content for any legal infringements. This also applies to electronic links to third-party content (links or hyperlinks including shared or embedded content on our site) at the time of including such links. Whether we appropriate such third-party content and to what extent we assume liability for our own information depends on the factual circumstances of each case. However, in principle, we do not wish to appropriate third-party content that we have linked to on our website. The statements we make and the content of our online offer are restricted to our own statements without the need for them to be completed or explained by external electronic references. In particular, subject to us taking reasonable steps to check third-party content and insofar as there are no strong reasons to evaluate the content more closely, we wish to state that linking to this third-party content does not constitute our approval.
Legal obligations to remove or block the use of third-party content remain unaffected. Any liability for third-party content is, however, only possible once we are aware of a specific infringement. In addition, it is unreasonable to carry out permanent checks on content without concrete evidence indicating a legal infringement. We will, of course, immediately remove third-party contents or links upon discovery of such infringements.

The content of our online offer is our intellectual property and is subject to copyright law. The reproduction, adaptation, dissemination or any kind of use requires our express written consent and is otherwise not permitted.
Where our online offer makes third-party content available, we observe the copyright of these third parties and immediately investigate any indication of copyright infringement.
